Every traffic  users in Jakarta maybe have known about bajaj driver's attitude, they can  be dangerous for other vehicle behind them coz they will suddenly turn to left/right without giving any sign  previously. "Only GOD knows when a bajaj will turn to" this expression come up because of this maneuver. So you have to be careful if you are behind bajaj, always expect the unexpected...Bajaj is one of many local mode transportation in Jakarta, a cheap and handy for getting around the city, it's ok for a small distances. Bajaj is a tricycles motor, mostly in orange color, apparently come from India, seat for two passengers comfortably, but sometimes it can be five passengers in a bajaj, off course it's depend on the size of the passengers. But the ride can be scarry, smelly, noisy, bumpy.

SCARRY: AS WRITTEN ABOVE, BAJAJ DRIVER'S DON'T CARE ABOUT OTHER TRAFFIC USERS, THEY ALWAYS TRY TO  PASS THE TRAFFIC JAM AS SOON AS THEY CAN, YOU MUST HAVE A GUTS TO RIDE ON A BAJAJ.    
SMELLY:  BAJAJ IS AN OPEN VEHICLES, SO  IT'S HOT, AND YOU CAN SMELL FUMES FROM OTHER VEHICLES AROUND YOU, PREPARE TO INHALE THE POLLUTION.        
NOISY:  WE HAVE TO SHOUT / YELLING TO EACH OTHER IF WE WANT TO MAKE A CONVERSATION IN A BAJAJ, COZ ITS MACHINE PRODUCE A VERY NOISY SOUND.    
BUMPY:  BAJAJ WILL BUMP ESP WHEN WE THROUGH A BUMPY ROAD. DON'T RIDE ON A BAJAJ WITH FULL STOMACH, IF YOU HAVE KNOWN THAT YOU ARE GOING TO PASS A DAMAGE ROAD OR THE ROAD ISN'T FLAT ENOUGH, OTHERWISE YOU WILL THROW UP WHAT YOU HAD EATEN PREVIOUSLY.

Latest news is in a way to cut down the pollution caused by bajaj, the government have planned to replace BAJAJ with KANCIL an environmentally vehiles, but it's still some handicap to make it happen, coz the price of one unit of KANCIL is too high for the owner of bajaj. But in someway bajaj  is a helpful transportation and very popular too.
