Sometimes it is not fair for women in their productive age, they must face a situation like this, they must choose two difficult thing. To chase a good carrier or become   a good mother. Not every woman that lucky to have both. While men can go easily with their job, they can have a good position without an obstacle. And for women they must give more effort to have that.   But in a modern medicine world now, women can postpone to have a baby until they are ready, it is not peculiar now that women have their baby on the age above 30 years. They are more mature when they have a baby in above 30 years and it is a good influence to mom and the baby. They can have a good quality life, and in that age women mostly already have a good position on their job.   So go get your job, and reach your good position after all have a baby then and even you are still working but don't forget to give the best for your baby, for the spouse give her a space for......
